INFORMATION FROM USERS

On all areas of the Site, we will only accept information from adults. Information is not accepted from children under 13.

Personally identifiable information (referred to as PII) from users may be requested on parts of the Site by Us or by our partner/vendors. This information may include name, address, email, telephone number, credit card information, or any other information that can be used to identify or contact an individual, on or off-line. Our service providers may have access to your PII as necessary to provide their services as requested by you, the User.

We do not sell or exchange email addresses or PII with third parties for their own purposes.

While we maintain every effort to keep secure the collection of necessary User Information (personally identifiable information may include name, address, email address, credit card number and expiration date), the transmission of data or information (including communications by e-mail) over the Internet or other publicly accessible networks is not completely secure, and is subject to possible loss, interception or alteration while in transit. Accordingly, we do not assume any liability for any damage you may experience or costs you may incur as a result of any transmissions over the Internet or other publicly accessible networks, such as transmissions involving the exchange of e-mail with us (including those which may contain your personal information). While we shall take commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the privacy of the information you provide us and treat such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in no event will the information you provide to us be deemed to be confidential, create any fiduciary obligations to you on our part, or result in any liability to you on our part in the event that such information is inadvertently released by us or accessed by third parties without our consent. We will attempt to notify you as soon as possible when we become aware of any infringement of security to your personal information.

We also collect information by various technical means, without your submitting any information, in order to help us understand the usage of the Site (such as number of visitors, most popular pages, etc.), for record keeping and to better maintain and service the Site. This collection does not in any way compromise your PII.

Additional Disclosures of Information:

If requested by law enforcement agencies or governmental authorities, we may disclose and use the information we collect in connection with investigations of illegal or unauthorized activity.

In the event that FeeFiFoFun™ or a substantial portion of its assets is acquired (through sale, merger, reorganization, consolidation or liquidation) by one or more third parties, information we collect on our Sites may be one of the transferred assets.

We may disclose general data or aggregate statistics collected regarding user behavior for studies of overall user/site patterns or demographic reports. Such disclosure will not include identifying personal information.

Links from Sites to Third Party Sites

When visiting FFFF, you may have the opportunity to visit or link to other sites. When you link to such a third party site, you will need to review their terms of use and privacy policies.

FFFF does not collect personally identifiable information from users who we know are under 13 on the Sites. WE will not condition a child’s participation in a game, offering of a prize, or any other activity or service on or available through the SITE on the disclosure of more personally identifiable information than is reasonable necessary to participate in an activity.  PARENTS who are concerned that their child may have shared identifiable personal information may request that information through our CONTACT US link; please be sure to leave your email or phone number so we may reach you. PARENTS requesting USER information will be required to provide authorized and legal identification.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from FeeFiFoFun™. If the product you've ordered does not meet your expectations, please return it within 30 days. We will be glad to exchange it or issue store credit, as long as the item is returned unused, in the original packaging, with tags attached, within the specified time frame, and has not been laundered (federal law prohibits resale of used bedding).

A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your return/exchange.

Postage and handling charges are not refundable on returns.

Here’s how:

1. Email orders@feefifofun.com to request a refund tracking number. Please include “PRODUCT REFUND” in the subject field of your email.

2. In your email, please include your name, order number, address, email address and phone number – as well as the product(s) description/name of which you are returning for refund.

3. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return. Please also include the original receipt when sending the product(s) back to us.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS:

CDs, electronic books games and puzzles and other downloadable merchandise cannot be returned/exchanged.

DIGITAL MEDIA:
Current Return / Replacement Policy
ALL digital media sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any digital media purchases at this time. If the digital media you purchased from us is not meeting your needs, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. If you are dissatisfied with the level of support you are receiving from us after purchasing any of our digital media, please contact us with your concerns so that we can address this issue immediately. We value you as a customer and strive for your satisfaction.

How to CANCEL an order:

Once an order is placed, you must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours, indicating your name, order number, address, email address and phone number. Please send this request and your information to orders@feefifofun.com with “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject field of your email.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. Your banking statement and receipt from purchase(s) will show the purchase(s) made through Bu Who Entertainment, Corp. ( Our parent company )

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 72* hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (PST)
*Personalized items may take up to 3 weeks for processing.

We use the following carriers at our discretion to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping/handling of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping/handling will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if desired.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
